Terms of Service

By accessing or playing on Lush Games Network ("the Server"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Server. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Server following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your account with others or use another player's account. Lush Games is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to engage in any of the following: using cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage; distributing malware or attempting to compromise the Server's security; impersonating staff members or other players; engaging in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or accounts; spamming, phishing, or conducting any fraudulent activity; attempting to circumvent bans or other disciplinary actions.

Lush Games reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these Terms or our Server Rules at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Bans may be appealed through our official support system at /dashboard. We are under no obligation to restore banned accounts or compensate for lost progress. Purchasing store items does not exempt you from bans.

All purchases made in the Lush Games store are for virtual, in-game items and benefits only. These purchases do not grant ownership of any game assets and have no real-world monetary value. By purchasing, you acknowledge that in-game items may be modified, removed, or reset at any time as part of normal game updates. Chargebacks or payment disputes are grounds for permanent account termination.

Due to the digital nature of in-game purchases, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase if the item was not delivered or was significantly different from its description. To request a refund, contact us via the support system. We reserve the right to deny any refund request.
